This is a ground mounted 130 kW solar park. The entire energy produced by the solar power park is being sold back to the electricity grid. Solar park was built using the national Estonian renewable energy subsidies programm,  which gives a good ROI. By putting an empty land plot into use this solar power park is a good investment for the landowner.
