Saverna solar power park was built to maximise the land use, which otherwise would be just empty. Selling green electricity back to the grid gives an opportunity to earn extra income and therefore raise the value of the land use. The cost of these two solar parks will be earned back approximately within 5-7 years. After that the investment will start giving pure revenue bearing in mind that solar panels work is guaranteed at least for 25 years.
